DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We send our letters and packages with Postnord. Postnord usually delivers within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in case of any price increases. We also reserve the right for any delays due to external factors beyond our control.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via email. The order confirmation does not serve as a receipt.
PAYMENT
Parishes or companies can pay by card or invoice. Payment of the invoice must be made within 20 days from the delivery date. The goods belong to You Create Us until full payment has been received. In case of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged according to the interest act. No invoicing fee will be added. Cards are always paid in Swedish kronor (SEK) and debited on the same day.
Private individuals always pay by card or Swish.
EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal and return applies for 14 days according to consumer protection law. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the product. This means that day 1 is the day you were notified that the product is available for collection at your postal agent. The product must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging for the repurchase to be valid. The product must be with us within 14 days if you wish to return your purchase. You are responsible for your shipping cost on return. Returns are handled within 14 business days.
COMPLAINTS
The product must be in perfect condition when delivered from us. Should the product, contrary to expectations, be damaged or if there is any other defect in the product upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at susanne.kaarle@youcreateus.com. State your order number and which product it concerns in the email. Include a picture of the product/damage.
VAT & CUSTOMS
Swedish VAT of 25% or 6% is included in the price for delivery in Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is obliged to pay any customs and VAT fees in accordance with the country's regulations.
