EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We at You Create Us want you as a customer to feel secure when shopping with us, so of course, you have the option to cancel your purchase.
The right of withdrawal and return policy is valid for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act and is counted from the day you received the product. Day 1 is therefore the day the product is in your mailbox or you have been notified that the product is available for collection.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
The product must be in its original condition for the return to be valid; you must not have used it.
Notify us of your return by email at susanne.kaarle@youcreateus.com, and we will send you a return label via email. Check your spam folder if you have not received the return label within 48 hours. The cost of return shipping depends on the item you purchased. Contact us for more information.
Pack the item in its original packaging or other well-padded packaging. Include the delivery note you received with your package and write down what you are returning and why.
Drop off the package at your postal agent. Keep the submission receipt you receive.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your purchase minus the return shipping within 14 business days.
When your return is complete, we will notify you by email.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they reach us, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you have purchased a product from one of our retailers, returns and exchanges must be made with the retailer.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
The product should be in perfect condition when we ship it. If, contrary to expectations, the product is damaged or has another defect upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at susanne.kaarle@youcreateus.com
