Din ångerrätt

Enligt EU:s konsumentlagstiftning (direktiv 2011/83/EU) har du som kund rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar från det att du mottagit varan, utan att ange något skäl.

Så här utövar du din ångerrätt

För att utöva din ångerrätt ska du meddela oss ditt beslut genom ett tydligt meddelande (t.ex. via e-post). Du kan använda standardformuläret för ångerrätt nedan.

Review of the newspaper Budbäraren

A book of poetry can easily become clichéd, pretentious, or, in the worst case, flat. Not this one. I am pleasantly surprised with each page I read. Many of the poems rhyme, but they don't feel contrived; on the contrary, the language plays itself out like a babbling brook. The texts are both light and deep. After reading the book, I feel it is a good companion on a journey, both a physical one and life's journey. Susanne suggests that the book be used in church services or confirmations, which I also think is appropriate. The white cover has a simple illustration on the front that I interpret as a door, an arch, a window, or a mirror – any of which would suit the theme. Susanne has a knack for speaking truthfully and genuinely about life, and I believe we will be reading more from her in the future.

Hans-Erik Lindström

Hans-Erik Lindström is a priest in the Church of Sweden (retired since 2009) and an author. He was one of the founders of Ny Gemenskap, an association for vulnerable people experiencing homelessness and substance abuse issues. His involvement also included demonstrations for the rights of the homeless and lobbying decision-makers. From 1997 to 2009, he established the Pilgrim Centre in Vadstena and has since led several hundred pilgrimages.
